Braxton-Hicks

Kayla

I went to the movies with my husband today and as I’m watching the movie I noticed I had a couple of Braxton Hicks contractions... I’m not super familiar with them but I’ve been noticing them for the last 2/3 weeks.. they aren’t painful. Just like a gigantic ball in my tummy.. for the longest time I thought it was my baby in a ball but then I was told they were Braxton Hicks. Anyways, by the end of the movie I had about 7 or 8 of them but then they stopped and I didn’t think anything else about them until I got home and decided to research if it was normal to have so many.. Then I read online that if I get more than 4 an hour I need to go to a hospital or see a doctor... Does this still apply even though they stopped... I haven’t noticed them since I got home and started drinking water (I might have had like 2 in the last 4/5 hours)... I’m just wondering if I need to go to the doctor even though it stopped? Anyone else experience this?
