My 11 year old son just called me to wish me a happy New Year and has informed me that his dad and step mom have left him at home alone with his 2 younger brothers 5 and 3. They have been gone for over and hour and my son has no idea where they went. I believe that they have gone to the bar. At 11:48 My son finally got a hold of the step mom who told him they would be right home. It's now 12:30 and they are just now getting home. What do you guys think? I'm concerned that my son would be left alone for that long with 2 younger siblings to care for. Granted one is sleeping and the other playing video games but come on they are all yoo young to be left alone that long in my opinion. Not to mention really? My son watched the count down by himself and had no one to celebrate in the new year. He is sad and crying, and had no idea where his care giver is...
