If I saw the heart beat at 8 weeks 3 days will I be ok on Friday at my 12 weeks scan?

I saw my little babe at 8 weeks 3 days. Even a flicker of her heart beat. Everything is going well. I’m so paranoid something will be wrong at my 12 week scan but I’ve been feeling lots of stretching and pulling pains all week. I’m hoping that’s a good sign. So paranoid of a missed miscarriage... but have read that lots of ladies babies stopped growing at 6 weeks then found out at 12 weeks. Anyone can relate?

I’ve had four losses. Never saw the heartbeat. I’m pregnant again had an early scan at 8 weeks with a HB and everything has been good so far! I’m 15 weeks now. I know it’s hard not to worry.

I’m also freaking out. Saw my baby multiple times up until 9 weeks and heartbeat and everything was great...growing on track. 
I’m 12 weeks tomorrow and have an appointment on Thursday and I’ve been too nervous to announce or anything because I’m afraid something is going to be wrong now.

I had a miscarriage in December 2017 and got pregnant again in April. We had an early scan at 8 weeks too and everything has been fine since 😘

Update: went in for my ultrasound and my baby stopped growing at 9weeks 4 days. Heartbroken is an understatement.

Honestly manny people said that as long as the baby had a heart beat we would be find. I really did believe that. Well at 12 weeks 1 day I started to bleed. I went to the hospital and they told me the baby stopped growing at 9 weeks. (I was having a missed miscarriage.) My husband and I were in denial because we had an ultrasound at 9 weeks 1 day and our baby was very active and had a heart beat of 157 bpm. We found a heart beat as early as 5 weeks 5 days at the doctors office at 94 bpm. I would be prepared for any type of news tbh. I wish and hope you the best of luck. EVERYONES experience is different. Unfortunately there’s no way we can tell you that. I lost my little girl at almost 12 weeks after seeing her heartbeat multiple times. It happens but it doesn’t mean it’s going to happen to you. Try and relax and enjoy your pregnancy
