When is it considered severe cramping?
I’m 5+0 and I’ve had cramping on and off.
They are short, like period cramps - but some of them are worse than period cramps.
I’m suspecting it to be worst when I’m constipated or have to pee.
When I have to log, I don’t know how to- ‘cause they are not consistent - but not light either. And when you read about it, it says “as long as it’s not severe”
But when is the pain considered severe???
