Sperm meets egg plan (SMEP) success?

Question

Anyone used the ‘sperm meets egg plan’ successfully and got a bfp? Here’s my chart this month. As always, I have my 🤞
Background: I’m 38 (dh is 54) and we have been trying for 5 years with a pregnancy of unknown location 2 years ago. Thanks!

It does sound like it would give highest chances of getting pregnant but to be honest, I don’t think we could keep up with that BD schedule!

We do.  We had success twice. One miscarriage and one boy. 
Back at it for baby number two now. 
Oh and i'm 38 and hubby turns 53 tomorrow :)  he whines about being old but he's the best dad!
