Cd 8 spotting

Af lasts 5 days. Always. I’ve been feeling funny. Like I feel during the 2ww when progesterone is higher. Tired, (I usually take awhile to fall asleep after dh & lately I conk out during movie at night & then soon as I go to bed also) & I’ve been nauseous in the mornings -which I always get before af also. Feels just like morning sickness, I hate it. Won’t ever be able to tell when I’m actually pregnant.

Anyways. Yesterday I was spotting all day. It was coming out w heavy cm. Then today I was so tired I could not wake up.

I’m worried bc we’re ttc that my hormones are out of wack. I just had them checked 2 mo ago & they were fine. Could something have caused them to go wacky??

My obgyn put me on 200 mg progesterone cd 15-27 2 months ago to try & help us conceive. But after reading about it, I know I don’t need progesterone & didn’t take them again.

Could that be it? I never spot. It’s freaking me out!
