Losing weight w/ autoimmune disease
So I've been struggling to lose weight. When I say struggling, I really do mean it. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, doing cardio and weights for an hour. And I haven't lost weight. Not even a kilo. I've lost weight in the past but since then I've been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. My dietician believes it could be a reason. She is also not overly concerned with my diet but it needs little improving.
So my question is, if you have lost weight with an autoimmune disease, how'd you do it? And how long did it take?
