So I have irregular period. Some times it's 30days, 29days, 28days, 27days, 26, 21 And this time it was only 18days long. So I decided to start taking Vitex Cap. 400mg. 2caps every morning on an empty stomach. I have been doing some research, people taking have longer cycle which work for them by making their cycle shorter. So my question is there any one with shorter cycle like mind who took Vitex and her cycle was able to stabilize to certain dates?. Am scare, don't want my cycle to became more shorter. Any input will help please. Am 42 still trying for my first. Happy New Year and lots of baby dust to us all.
