So last night I went #2 and there was a little pink when I wiped my FRONT...after having
Multiple miscarriages any sign of blood makes me freak out so I started
To think damn this isn’t a viable pregnancy I’m losing it. I didn’t connect it to pushing to go #2
Until tonight. I hadn’t seen any pink since then until I had another bowel movement tonight. Once again saw pink when I wiped..
Has anyone else experienced this????? It’s very 3arly for me . 4 weeks 5 days

Per my doctor: pooping cannot cause a miscarriage, even if you strain. However, straining can irritate a sensitive cervix which can cause spotting. Try not to worry too much unless your bleeding increases and make sure to mention it to your doctor.

It's normal, it's from straining. It was my first sign I was preggo cause it had never happened before in my life. There is a lot of blood flow at your cervix right now. Drink lots of water and try to stay regular (hard, I know). Taking Magnesium Calm really helps with that part for me (as well as restless legs). It's only happened a few times, but it is definitely startling. Just keep an eye on it to make sure that's truly the cause.

Maybe to much forcing? If you had to push that can cause strain on your cervix etc

I spotted for 10 weeks with my son.  A little pink to even bright red.  The day I bled badly it was due to the placenta attaching.  I ended up with placenta previa.  My advice... don’t stress over it until you have unexplained cramping with the spotting.  ❤️

Just curious the outcome. After 2 miscarriages and 2 healthy pregnancies, I’m 4 weeks and have spotting after I poop:( I don’t have to push hard!
