Insomnia in early pregnancy
Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing difficulty sleeping at night in early pregnancy? I'm only 4wks3days. I'm exhausted all day then can't sleep at night and I haven't been napping.
I have to get up at 5am for work so this not being able to sleep is giving me alot of anxiety. I don't know if it's due to the pregnancy or just something else. I know I'm too early to really have symptoms.
