i’m thinking of getting the IUD so i want to know your thoughts about it, and if you have it, i would love to read your experience and recommendations.

I have mirena. Going on month 7. It has helped treat my heavy periods. After month 4 I stopped getting periods which I love because I bleed so much normally. The appointment was 5 mins. Intense cramps while it was inserted. I had bad cramps for 2 weeks. A heating pad and pain pills helped. We dont use condoms or pull out and I havent gotten pregnant. No other side effects I love it. No daily pill, no pharmacy and meds dont interact.
