Sex for the first time

I’m 20 about to turn 21 and I’m a virgin. I’ve been thinking about having sex with a male friend. He and I are both physically attracted to each other but don’t really want a relationship at the moment. Until freshman year of college I always thought I’d wait till marriage but now I kinda just want my first time over with. I’m not sure if I should have sex with my friend or just wait until I start dating someone again. Any advice?
