Lazy boy or glider!?

My MIL has asked to buy me whatever chair I’d like to have in the nursery. I’d like to know the pros and cons to both a lazy boy rocker or a glider in the nursery. Tia for your advice :)

Lazy boy. More comfortable and you'll get more use of it. Something I didn't like about the glider is when baby is a toddler, they're interested in the visual of the rocking mechanism and they want to play with it and stick their hands in it. I switched to a fabric covered rocking chair that hides it and they no longer care for it. So a lazy boy I think is better, plus you can nap in it if it reclines.

Recliner, hands down. It's a great place for napping towards the end of pregnancy and a super comfy place to nurse/read books when baby comes. Dads also love them 😆

I think a recliner (lazy boy) would be handier. You can sleep in it and nurse the baby in it and it would be more comfortable

I have a rocker and I personally love it. My mom has a glider and I love that one too.. for me personally it's about the comfort of the actual chair rather than if it glides or rocks.
