Bleeding and cramps? 7 weeks

I was in the hospital last night with cramps and bleeding. The dr said I was having a “threatened miscarriage” but she said my cervix was closed and I should take it easy but I could still work. I’m a dental assistant and on my feel the majority of the day. Halfway through today I had some heave (brown) bleeding followed by cramps. I wen to see my ob and she put me on bed rest for the rest of the week until I get bloodwork done.. I’m really nervous praying I don’t lose my baby.. has anyone had any good outcomes after having a threatened miscarriage?? What’s the chance I will still have a healthy baby?
