Success stories anyone???

I'm TTC#2 right now...I had my son in 2009 and in 2012 was diagnosed with endo via lap   At that time I was not TTC I only saw the doctor because I was in so much pain...now I'm actively trying and would love to hear anyone with a success story to keep my spirits up at this point I'm kinda feeling broken....because of my beliefs I don't know how far I'd be willing to go with fertility treatments and I would love it if anyone who has advice or input to share thank u all so much :)

My story is kind of lengthy so I apologize. I started ttc #1 after my husband got back from deployment. I wasn't getting pregnant and almost 2 years went by. He left for one month of training and I was at home with no car. I started having excruciating pain to the point I literally couldn't walk and I just laid on the couch crying for 4 days straight. I passed a clot when I went pee and all the pain disappeared. A few days later my husband's friends wife took me to the doctor where I got referred to do testing. A transvaginal ultrasound revealed two 4cm cysts, one on each ovary. Up until the 4 days of pain I literally had no symptoms of anything. My obgyn decided to do the "watch and wait" method. Months go by and another transvaginal ultrasound revealed that my cysts doubled in size to 8cm each. I was scheduled for surgery but because my cysts got so big I had to have a csection instead of a laparoscopy. I begged my doctor to leave my ovaries and do whatever she could to clean up the cysts without removing my ovaries because I wanted a baby so bad. I awoke from surgery with the diagnosis of stage 4 endometriosis and my cysts were chocolate cysts. She told me she should have removed my ovaries because the cysts consumed them but because I begged her not to she removed the cysts and cleaned up the endo the best she could. I started my period when I woke up from surgery and even though I wasn't supposed to have sex that cycle because of my cesarean incision,  I waited a few weeks and started trying. I got pregnant that month!!!! I was told I had less than 5% chance of conceiving on my own and I got pregnant. My doctor was shocked! I had a complication free pregnancy and I now have a healthy 19 month old son. I'm trying for baby number 2 now but unfortunately I do have Endometriosis symptoms this time so I'm aware that I might have cysts. The month I got pregnant with my son I had surgery, took Fertilaid and used opk's  (even tho I never had a solid positive opk).

I'm actually in the same situation but a year behind!! (Daughter in 2010 && diagnosed via lap in 2013) I've been ttc #2 for almost a year now :-( I go in on Tuesday for my second lap
