Really high HCG level!

I had my first blood test yesterday and the HCG was over 113,000. I’m slightly freaking out because I have a seven month old and haven’t even gotten my period since stopping breastfeeding a few months back. So, I have no idea how far along I am-I thought maybe 4 weeks, max!

Tomorrow is the sonogram to date it but I’m freaking myself out that it could be twins. Has anyone else had similarly high HCG levels? I can’t even think of 3 infants in daycare and quitting my job is not an option!
