What is this? Is it blood?

Last night and this morning I saw this in his diaper! I don't know if it's blood but I went ahead and made an appointment anyway but still wanted to see if anyone's experienced this or have any Idea why this happened? My baby is 2 months going on 3 the 11th. He's is breastfed and he's eating very well he got a bit sick but he didn't stop eating so I don't think he's dehydrated and I also got sick and I take Tylenol flu and cold severe every morning and night so I thought maybe it could be the medicine?
