Anyone know what this might be?

It’s really dry here right now and my LO (4.5m) is also sucking on everything - hands and arms included.
I’m not sure if it’s dry skin, from her sucking on her arm, or if I should be worried.

It looks like eczema, my son has it alllllllll over. I’d bring her to the dr just for a confirmation, but unless it’s super bad they don’t do much. Try aveeno eczema cream, helps my son. But when his is too bad, aka like cracked & bleeding, then they give us a prescription cream

Def eczema! I still get it on my legs to this day..I had it horribly as a child. Just lotion that baby up! I’ve found that aquaphor works wonders
