Breastfeeding mama’s HELP PLEASE!😭

Ok ladies. My husband and I did the dirty last night (tmi sorry) & just my luck, the condom broke. I’m almost 4 months pp & my son is strictly breast fed. I took the plan b pull without even thinking of how it would affect my supply. I called the pharmacist and she said it should be fine but ask my doc. Well my doc wasn’t in and hasn’t returned my message. I called the national breastfeeding hotline and was told to pump and dump for 48 hours before resuming breastfeeding. I only produce milk on 1 breast and usually only enough to feed him and not save any. I only have 6oz saved. Have any of you ladies taken plan b and continued breastfeeding. Please no rude comments. I’m a ftm & really need help😭
