Night shift workers
Need some ideas for healthy snacks that I'll actually want to eat whilst working a night shift.
There's no pattern to my night's, one week I'll have 2 and then the next none and then just 1 whilst being in work during the day the rest of the week.
It makes it hard to adjust and prepare for them so some days I'll end up eating breakfast, lunch and dinner and then eat in the night while at work. What do you all eat in the night to keep you going?
