When to announce at work?

When is a good time to announce to my team at work that I’m expecting? My boss already knows and says the team will be able to tell on their own soon if not already. 
Did you do an announcement or just let people figure it out and ask?

I plan on telling them until I can’t hide it anymore because everyone bothers me anyways so they’re not worthy of an announcement lmao

My work has some seriously toxic personalities so I've told people who need to know and no more, I'm 6 months in and even when some ask I just make awkward jokes without confirmation lol.

I told my boss and close work friends at 17 weeks. Didn’t announce to everyone but I figure word will spread.

Don't make people ask, it's so incredibly awkward! At the least tell a few people and let them know it's okay to tell others (that you are trying to get the word out!) I put out cookies at 15 weeks or so with a sign. Made a Facebook post the night before so some coworkers already knew. It spread quickly from there!

I did at 20 weeks. Only waited cause I had 2 miscarriages 1 at 10 weeks the ather around 13.

I told my boss and a coworker at 6 weeks. Around 8 weeks I told the rest of my department and then around 10 weeks I told a coworker who I adore but knew would tell everyone 😂. Worked like I charm I had people congratulating me the same day.
