Slow rising HCG

Hi guys so I got my HCG levels checked on Monday and Wednesday because I’ve been having bleeding after sex. On Monday my HCG was 31,800. I wasn’t able to get my results today for Wednesday’s because the doctor wasn’t there but the nurse was able to tell me that my levels did rise but did not double so they can’t rule out a miscarriage. Has anyone had this experience and gone on with a healthy pregnancy. Hearing the nurse say miscarriage really upset me and now I’m just filled with worry. I am about 6 weeks along
