Too early to say?

My menstrual is usually on time every 4-6th day of the month.

Jan 2 (Wednesday morning, approx 8am) a gush of blood came down just one time and completely cut off, I wore a pad all day Tuesday & Wednesday thinking it might come back unexpectedly but I haven’t had anything not even spotting.

My cramps usually lasts throughout the entire cycle, but they disappeared Tuesday, my Boobs are still sore, I have back pain, nausea, constipation.

I’m 30 years old, my last pregnancy was over 10years ago. Hmmm...
