Opinions? Thanks in advance !

So I’m on birth control and I haven’t been taking them on the exact time I’m supposed to , but I still take them the correct day . My boyfriend also pulls out every time we have intercourse. To begin with about 2 weeks ago I began to feel nauseated, that lasted about a week and I couldn’t find out why , I used the bathroom and it went away fairly quickly . My face has broken out (it usually doesn’t). And to add on I’ve been bleeding really bad due to the mishap with the pills .So all in all I just haven’t been feeling usual. Well my step mom walks in the kitchen and tells me “ when you have your baby boy he can just come on the road with me “ apparently she had a “dream “.... uhm what. So I get paranoid and buy a test .. the test comes back negative . Opinions ?
