Baby #2 Postpartum Journey

Over the past 4-5 years I’ve had many people (mainly ladies) ask me how I got my body back after having a baby, what type of things I eat, what I do to workout, how to get in exercise while being a mom, how long did it take to lose the baby weight, etc.
I’m considering creating a new *private* Instagram/Facebook page for ladies (new moms, experienced moms, or even ladies that are just curious) to follow me on my postpartum “fitness journey” after baby number T W O. I’ll still be posting progress on this account, but the new one would be more personal and go into more detail.
Each pregnancy is completely different, so I may have to do things completely different than last time, who knows? But this way ladies can see for themselves what works for me personally, and figure out how it could work for them or how they can implement my regimens into their own lives. This is also a way I can go back and track my own progress.
If I choose to do this, I want this account to be a place where we can encourage one another, share knowledge, and for ladies to get insight on how a woman’s body changes after kids. This is something that makes me feel totally vulnerable, but I think it would be beneficial to myself and others.
I’m scheduled to be induced in 4 weeks so if this post gets positive feedback about this I’ll update it with the username/Facebook page name!
