What did you use after birth for the blood?

If there is anything not listed please comment! I’m trying to pack my hospital bag and idk what kind of “catcher” I should buy (FTM)

The hospital provides it, and u should def take
some home with you too... just ask them :)

So I purchased Always adult diapers and thick ass over night pads. I know everyone will say the hospital provides but I still packed my own and you’re going to need them after the hospital too so why not buy then now. I also purchased Tucks and Dermaplast too!

I used maternity pads in the mesh underwear the hospital provided. The bleeding was only super heavy for the first couple of days, after that it was like a normal heavy period

The hospital gave me a pack of 3 mesh undies and a new pack of thick pads but after there I used my regular underwear with overnight maxi pads the really long ones lol

I had a c-section and I was in a hospital for 2 weeks.  I bled like a pig for 10 weeks i was using mesh underwear with adult diapers because it’s just so damn much blood

Pads and the hospital undies we so so so uncomfortable compared to the adult diapers.  I had pads in the hospital for day one and had hubby go get Depends and I will have Depends again.  So much better.

I had home births, so nothing to take home or use at a hospital. I used mesh undies and Poise bladder control pads for the heavy bleeding, then switched to old underwear and Always infinity flexfoam pads.

I used what the hospital gave me until I ran out. I then bought just heavy pads from the store. But prior to going to the hospital I bought these and so glad I did! Just help hold everything in nice and they were so comfy!!
