Trying to find out what wrong

Ok so my boss told me that my boyfriend is dating a girl and guy but I don’t know what to believe anymore I feel lost I’ve been crying all day when he came home from work he went upstairs didn’t even talk to anyone so he he came out for just a minute to get some medicine he looked like he was hurting and I’m worried about him so I tried to talk to him he asked me not to talk to him I don’t know what to do
