Not feeling myself at the moment..

Basically me & my partner of nearly 4 years have such weak sex life. We both work full time and he also works nights so it’s sometimes difficult for him. However, we are making love once maybe twice a month and it’s making me feel very low within myself. He says he doesn’t have the energy which I understand but i work too! It’s making me think that he doesn’t want me anymore. When he’s in ‘the mood’ I have to get in the mood because I’m not sure when we will connect again. But it’s different when I’m in the mood and we’re both OFF work so there’s not excuses and yet he still says he’s tired! Do I sound like a crazy sex lady? Because I must to him! I love him so much but a womans got needs and surely he has too? 🤔 it’s just making me loose all my self esteem because I’m blaming myself. Any other ladies that have gone through or going through this please could you give me some advice? I’ve tried to tell him numerous times and he says he will try more but it will happen once and go back to square one. Thank you all xx
