Trying to hold on to hope 😕

So last Saturday marked me being 1 week late. I took a test and got a faint positive. I was over the moon. I had 2 miscarriages in the last 5 months so I was thrilled. 5 hours later I started bleeding. I had 4 days of bleeding day 1 was dark brown, day 2 was red and then 3 and 4 back to brown. It was not light spotting but only day 2 did I think it was my normal period (does that make sense?) I chalked it up to a false positive (don’t judge...blue dyes have worked for my other pregnancies and pink dyes have been giving me terrible indents) but now here I am 3 days after my period stopped having horrible breasts pain. If I didn’t just have my period I would swear I am pregnant. Is there any chance I could be pregnant or should I just move on to next month? Thanks for reading and sending baby dust to all 💕
