So happy to see AF arrive. Off uni-depo for 14weeks now and my cycle seems to be going back to normal slowly. Whilst on the shot i had af come every 60 days. First cycle off 54 days, second cycle 43 and the last cycle 27 days. I previously had 28 day regular cycles before i was on the shot for 1 1/2 year. But i haven't been ovulating yet. Been getting lh surges but no ovulation. Been temping and using opks. Ive cut alcohol taking maca, b6, liver support with milk thistle. I also take blackstrap molasses acv and lemon in warm water every morning.
