I think my boyfriends best friend was trying to flirt with me?

It was my boyfriends birthday last night so we all stayed in a hotel room.

We went to the pub and his best friend kept touching my leg everytime my boyfriend went to the bar/ toilet.

The best friend also was asking me why I’m with him and saying that I should of left when he kept cheating on me.

He was winking at me all night and like I said above, touching my leg and my back while walking.

Is this flirting or am I just paranoid?
