Plan B

I have a question that I hope someone has the answer to. So on New Years I had sex with a guy and the next morning he said he wasn’t sure if he finished inside me. I was pissed because I brought a condom and he decided to take it off in the middle. So I took plan B the next morning. Two days later i had sex again but I didn’t find out until the morning that he took the condom off right before we had sex because I found it next to my pillow. My question is if the plan B is still effective from the first encounter? I’ve been reading a lot about it and I’ve taken it before but nothing has been able to answer this specific situation for me. I was supposed to get my IUD Paragard in today and I read that it works as an emergency contraceptive within 5 days, but i had to reschedule all the way until the 14th because no doctors were in today.
