Bleeding after sex? TMI PHOTO IN POST

So on Thursday me and my SO had sex and at one point he went too deep and my cervix started to really hurt and afterwards I noticed some blood and clots on me and on his hands. Well it’s now Saturday and blood is still there and this is what it looks like (below). I came of the pill a few weeks ago and had withdrawal bleeding for a week and a half and then a week later this happened (I only mention the pill incase it had something to do with it). I can’t visit the doctor at the moment so thought I’d ask on here incase anyone else has been through the same thing.

At the moment this is the amount that is coming out and i feel no pain.
