Zofran pump

Does anyone have or have used a zofran pump? I'm 11w 4d and they gave me a zofran pump. It's not helping it seems. It hurts almost constantly. It leaves red, warm, sore knots where the catheter was. I have such severe nausea and vomiting. I am at a loss. I don't know what else to do. I haven't been able to work in almost 8 weeks. We are on an extremely tight budget now because of that. I just feel usless. This is out 4th baby with 1 boy and 2 girls at home. I just want to feel normal again :(
