Is this Implantation blood or period blood

So I got my period in November after I miscarried in September and now it’s January and I got this little blood that came out I don’t know if it’s implantation Blood or the beginning of a period ? Sorry for tmi I just put my finger up there and this showed up? What do you think ? I feel weird sharing this but I’m so confused and lost but I don’t know if this is the beginning of the period or implantation blood because it looks like the one I had the last time I just put my finger in there and then I went to on the wall just to see what color it was going to be and that’s what’s in the picture and I have no clue what this means It’s been four months after my miscarriage and I don’t understand why it’s taking so long for my body

give me a hint that would be nice if none has gone through this
