Desperate help

I am 17, and I haven't been able to get horny for 2 and a half years, be it by myself or with a partner. I feel like nobody understands or has the same problem. It's weird, I can orgasm just by rubbing my clit but I feel no build up or can't get aroused. I also have such a high sex drive which is frustrating because I don't get aroused, hense I have a mostly disappointing orgasm to relieve tension. I've been to the doctor, nothing, tries toys and porn, nothing. I don't have mental health issues either and I've also tried Macca and counselling. Please please help, I can't deal with it much longer. Xx
