Ovulating after miscarriage

I had a miscarriage November 26th at 6 weeks my body treated that as CD1. Unaware that I had a complete miscarriage bcus I was told my bleeding was ‘normal’ I was using progesterone cream until CD22.

I stopped and started my period exactly when normally expected 5 days later. I normally ovulate on CD14 so I probably suppressed it because I was using progesterone cream at the time.

I did check and made sure I got a negative pregnancy test.

I got a high fertility result on an ovulation test on CD9 and usually peak CD13, I’m currently CD16 and still receiving flashy smiles, has anyone experienced this? I’m confused if I did or will not ovulate or if I’m still waiting to ovulate.. so confusing, I figured once I had a normal period my body should be back to normal
