We are wanting to save some money for another car and a house, but we are already living paycheck to paycheck and some months really struggle to get by. Getting new/more jobs are not an option.

I will use cash and put all the coins in a jar and for the most part my $1's. It actually racks up I use it for my vacations!

Try to get extra cash my selling things, or baby sitting or extra side jobs. Try to put away like 10$ every time yall get paid. That will add up to saving ur down payment of a new car or trading in ur old car.
