Does this accent rug fit this space?

We are currently updating our decor/paint/flooring etc to get our house ready to put on the market this spring. I had two smalller rugs that were placed in front of the stove and in front of the sink. I wanted to try something different and really don’t know how I feel about it. If it looks terrible I will return the area rug tomorrow!

I personally don’t think area rugs are right for kitchens. With that’s said, it’s too small for the space.

I don’t really like the placement for the size. You can push it against the sink area which will look better or just get rid of it completely.

The colour and design is nice and matches the space. However area rugs in kitchen r not my thing. The only spot in a kitchen for a rug is right under sink and it be one of those foam ones

I like it with the floor but not the cabinets, maybe something with less pattern, or slightly lighter color even?

I’d put a small kitchen mat under the sink and stove. No to the rug. Takes away the prettiness of the floors.
