Medication while pregnant?

Can you use Alka Seltzer when pregnant. I’m soooooo nauseous right now but not throwing up. I use to add an Alka Seltzer to a carbonated lemon water and that would help

I was advised by my RE that I could take it, along with being prescribed baby aspirin daily.  My regular OB didn’t have a problem with either.  I was told no Advil (ibuprofen) by both.

This is what my OB gave me. I recommend to still talk to your OB/midwife before taking medication you're unsure of.

Mine recommended a combination of unisom and B6 to help with morning sickness and it saved my life! I was sick all hours of the day before I started taking it and I’m just stopping it now at 16 weeks. She recommended 12mg if unisom and 25-50mg of B6. I couldn’t find the correct dosage for either so I got a pill splitter. Take it before bed and then take another B6 when u wake up.
