My hearts upset and I really don’t know

I don’t know what to think.. I’ve spotted during this pregnancy.. 8 weeks and three days pregnant. I got ultra sounds 1 week ago and they said everything looked fine.. I had sex twice this weekend and spotted a little didn’t think any thing of it.. also have a bacteria infection that I start taking medicine for today which apparently is common in pregnancy it’s a vaginal applicator..

Am I being to worried?:(

Doctors said a week ago that bleeding sometimes just happens..

Btw no pains, no cramps
