PAPPA Advice please

Can anyone please tell me anything about having low PAPPA. My midwife has just rang me and told me that my results have come back from my downs test as low risk but my bloods showed very low PAPPA. She told me I will start to be monitored closely from 20 weeks (currently 13+4) with extra scans And be under a consultant. She said to try not to worry but I have a risk of low birth weight mid term miscarriage and pre-eclampsia. I don't want to Google as I know it will just drive me made but can anyone please tell me if they have had this and what was the outcome good or bad. Thanks
