Anatomy scan

My fiancé & I just had our anatomy scan this morning, the tech couldn’t tell us if she saw anything abnormal which I thought was odd. We go back at my OB at the end of this month & she’ll tell us what she sees. Everything looked great, the tech was explaining everything she saw. My fiancé & I do not know the gender until this Sunday, but any guesses?!? I’m a first time mom, so I have no idea about any of this, but does everything look normal?? (Idk what that dark peanut thing is on their stomach??)
