Severe vaginal odor

So I’m pretty sure I’ve got a yeast infection or something close. I’m 8w1d and this started about a week ago and I used some rephresh gel hoping that would help but it’s not helping at all. I’ll take a bath at night and the next morning I wake up to god awful chunky dry white discharge and an awful smell. No burning but a slight itch when my bladder is full. Suggestions of over the counters to use to knock this out, I don’t go to my doctor until the 15th for my ultrasound, so I’d rather not make another appointment and just wait it out. Note, I have stopped having sex with my SO because that seems to be making it worse
