Pregnancy after stillborn

Has anyone gotten pregnant quickly after delivering stillborn? I delivered my son stillborn 5 months ago and found out a week ago I'm pregnant. I was trying so hard with nothing happening and now it's happened and I'm in shock. I'm so happy and over the moon but absolutely terrified. My last pregnancy was easy and the reason for still born was the cord wrapped around his neck- nothing I did . I want to be blissfully happy about this but the innocence of it all is gone. I'm a ball of emotion and nerves. I don't see my doctor for another 2 weeks... Ahhh has anyone else gotten through this?
