No more sore boobs

I’m supposed to be 10 weeks tomorrow. I’ve had three miscarriages previously and found out I have a blood clotting disorder so I’m doing shots. Tomorrow is my second ultrasound. The first one at 7 weeks we saw the heartbeat. My boobs have been sore everyday up until this point and all of a sudden it’s completely gone. I’m very nervous about tomorrow. I’ve never made it past 8 weeks. I also have had no other symptoms. No sickness. Only thing was the sore boobs and now that’s gone. I don’t know what to think. Anyone experienced this?? Thanks.
