Period 2 weeks after missed mc?

Hello everyone. I was given the pills to pass my baby's remains on 12/21 and bled heavily for about a week. After that it was spotting until 1/5. I have now been bleeding heavily since then and there hasn't been any massive clots. Is this my period or the mc? I've heard it's usually 4-6 weeks later. Also, I made the mistake of doing the deed before my 2 week check up appointment. Could it have been the sex that caused it? Please comment. I truly appreciate all the advice.
