3 days late - scared to take anymore tests

So I started taking fr early tests about 3 days before my period was due to the day before and got bfn. I’ve not retested because I’d convinced myself I was out this month but I’m now late by 3 days and that never happens.

Im in a bubble at the minute where I’ve counted myself out but also can slightly believe I may be pregnant. Im scared if I take a test I’m going to be disappointed.

Anyone had a similar experience and turned out to be pregnant? Should I just suck it up and get peeing?!
