Please help. 2 year old and 1 month old. Sick and no sleep

Can someone please give me some pointers on how to ween my one month old to sleep during the night. From 2am-9am she cries non stop, she keeps spitting out her pacifier. She doesn't like her swing or her rocker. She throws up when I feed her if I allow her to just stay on the boob. But I notice at night while I'm nursing her she's a bit irritable. Please help me im going insane. This just started a week and a half ago. When I brought her home at first she slept every 3-4 hours. Someone please help me. I also have a 2 year old and I'm sick as a dog. God just please help me.
