I have breastfed in the car many times. It’s not the most comfortable, but you do what you have to do. 
Once many years ago, I saw an interview with a woman who was arrested after breastfeeding while driving. She was of the opinion she had a right to feed her baby but didn’t see the danger of doing it while driving. Just don’t be that person.

I pump at my girls school all the time while waiting to pick them up. I usually have  these cropped sweaters that I put on so that way the tubes aren’t disturbed but I’m still covered. Sometimes I have to hand express and I do 🤷🏻‍♀️
